Billing Information

• Due to the flexibility of your subscription, payment can only be made via a credit/debit card or an automated electronic account withdrawal .
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards for payment.
• You must subscribe to at least one major package such as North American Stocks, Worldwide Futures, or MetaStock Subscription.
• Quotes can be downloaded for daily, weekly, and monthly periods of time, depending on what your data collection software supports.
• Unlimited history is defined as the total amount of historical data available via the Reuters DataLink databases.
• Monthly charges are assessed on your account bill day which is determined at time of sign up. For example, if your bill date is the 15th of the month, you will be charged on the 15th day of each successive month. Once billed, these charges are not refundable.
• Only the unused portion of a pre-paid subscription will be refunded once the account has been cancelled.
• To avoid interruption of service, subscriptions to prepaid annual packages are automatically renewed for another year upon expiration, unless you contact us.

• If you divulge your membership ID and password for use by another party, you will be subject to a penalty of $100.00 for each occurrence and will be dropped from the service.
